Apply Position Purpose We are looking for a Data Scientist who will implement models across Keller Williams’ growing technology space. You will join the data science team and work to scope projects, explore data, engineer features, and create models to achieve business and product goals. We cover a wide array of artificial intelligence projects from property valuation, entity resolution, and recommendation engines, to forecasting, marketing science, image intelligence, and Agentic AI. Communicate analysis and model results to business stakeholders Proactively research and evaluate technologies and methods across data science, engineering, and visualization that improve the team's technical capabilities The Experience You'll Need Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in heavy math, statistics, or data-science emphasis, preferably from a field of study such as Computer Science, Operations Research, or Economics Five or more years of experience successfully applying data science to real business problems Proven practical experience with and theoretical understanding of classification, regression, clustering, and anomaly detection algorithms Preferred Requirements Master's Degree and/or PhD with a heavy math, statistics, or data-science emphasis, preferably from a field of study such as Computer Science, Operations Research, or Economics Expertise with Google Cloud services (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, & Cloud Composer/Airflow) Experience with multimodal embeddings and vector search Experience with MlOps on Vertex AI EEO Statement We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
