Job Requirements: Design and develop scalable AI solutions that can be seamlessly integrated with business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements and innovations. Integrate analytics, algorithms, and models with existing PowerBI tools, ensuring seamless data flow and usability. Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis. Design and maintain a unified data layer ('Feature Factory') to ensure data is readily available for ingestion by ML pipelines. Work on ad-hoc analysis and handle data requests from business stakeholders. Provide support for existing analytical processes and meet stakeholders' service expectations. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of code and processes. Prepare presentations and summaries around findings and implications of analysis to present to business stakeholders. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for ML models to ensure continuous integration and delivery. Monitor and optimize the performance of ML models in production environments. Job Qualifications: Strong Python coding skills. Experience with machine learning platforms (e.g., Databricks, SageMaker, Azure ML). Proficient in machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, XGBoost). Advanced knowledge of statistics and tools for data analysis (e.g., numpy, pandas, Matplotlib, etc.). Strong Python coding skills. Experience with machine learning platforms (e.g., Databricks, SageMaker, Azure ML). Proficient in machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, XGBoost). Advanced knowledge of statistics and tools for data analysis (e.g., numpy, pandas, Matplotlib, etc.). Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis, including complex joins, CTEs, aggregations, and analytical functions. Experience with advanced SQL techniques such as window functions, subqueries, and performance tuning. Experience in designing and documenting machine learning architectures, including data pipelines, model training, evaluation, and deployment. Proficiency in using Databricks Asset Bundles, Terraform, and Azure DevOps (ADO) for automating and managing ML workflows. Familiarity with MLflow for experiment tracking and model management. Proven ability to communicate technical business requirements to non-technical end users. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines within a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of prior ML Operations and/or Data Science experience. Experience with PowerBI development. Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) models and their APIs, such as GPT, Claude, and Gemini. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their ML services. Knowledge of data governance and compliance best practices.
