Position Type: Full-Time/Contingent Salary Range: Starting at $91k (depending on experience) Work Location: Hybrid remote/in-office. (see onsite requirements below) **On-Site Requirements: On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD. Training/tasking may require occasional on-site work at Patuxent River, MD. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received. Essential Functions: Develops analytics methods and processes. Identifies appropriate methods and tools to extract knowledge from data. Leverages large volumes of data to answer challenges. Prepares data for use in predictive and prescriptive modeling (data cleansing). Automates organizational work through scripts for data processing and analytics. Develops and applies algorithms and machine learning methods. Applies analytic methods and software tools to design and develop analytic programs. Other duties as assigned or required. Requirements Required: Experience in data science and analytic support required. BS/BA degree in Information Technology or related discipline and 3 years related experience, OR AA/AS degree in Information Technology or related discipline and 7 years related experience, OR HS diploma/GED and 9 years related experience required. Security Clearance: Active Secret or Interim Secret clearance required. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc. Education: BS/BA degree in Information Technology or related discipline and 3 years related experience, OR AA/AS degree in Information Technology or related discipline and 7 years related experience, OR HS diploma/GED and 9 years related experience required.
