Join our dynamic and innovative Data Science and Analytics (DS&A) team within the Finance Data Analytics and Business Intelligence (FinDABI) organization! We are currently seeing an Associate Data Analytics Analyst to join us in the vibrant Puget Sound Region (Renton or Everett, WA). In this role, you will be crucial in building the next generation of Financial Analytics solutions for our Supply Chain Cost Recovery partners. The ideal candidate will:
Have a solid technical background in data analysis, data engineering, or advanced data visualization
Demonstrate domain acumen in Supply Chain Data Analysis, Financial Cost Recovery, and/or Operations
Have the ability to convey communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Understand the importance of collaborative coding, team coordination, and working together principles
Understand and employ best practices for data integrity, analysis, validation, and documentation
Position Responsibilities:
Queries data and performs exploratory data analysis (EDA) on Supply Chain Cost Recovery Data Assets
Optimizes existing database objects and structures, including Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) routines and automatons
Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in complex datasets
Develops and maintains relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners across functions
Supports enterprise-wide projects to provide insight and drive efficiency in Finance
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and/or Advanced Data Visualization
Experience in Standard Query Language (SQL )
Experience in Python programming languages
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business analytics, and/or finance analytics related concentration
Knowledge in statistical methods, risk analysis and its application to complex financial assessments
Advanced data engineering skills using a variety of ETL tools and techniques
Familiarity connecting to relational databases in SQL Server, Teradata, Oracle, and/or Cloud
Familiarity with designing for data visualizations through Tableau and/or web-hosted applications
Strong code documentation and organization practices using VS Code, Gitlab, Git Pipelines, and Markdown
Problem-solving skills to tackle evolving business challenges using data-driven approaches
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:

Summary pay range: $ 75,650 – $84,000
