Our team is at the forefront of key initiatives and strategic development of the nation’s leading fertility benefits management company. In this role, you will lead these efforts through finding insights into potential revenue growth, process enhancements, and benefit enhancements through analyses, cross-functional collaboration, and presentations to various internal stakeholders, including executive leadership. This is a unique opportunity to own multiple functions within Progyny to support the company’s strategic development and growth. What you'll do... Develop complex algorithms, statistical models, determine analytical approaches and modeling techniques to evaluate historical trends and predictive models Lead identifying market trends and member needs to build a short, medium, and long-term growth strategy Develop KPIs to measure organizational performance toward achieving quality, efficiency, and satisfaction targets Present to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner so they can understand and leverage your data-driven and actionable insights to improve their team Advance and expand current analyses to drive new insights leveraging Data Science methodologies Develop a deep understanding of industry metrics and key trends to build insights that drive business decisions About you... You have 2-5 years of relevant work experience You have a bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related master’s degree You have an analytical mindset and are comfortable analyzing large, complex datasets Proficiency in SQL and Python required Prior experience with data visualization packages (e.g. Matplotlib, GGPlot, Seaborn, etc.) You can explain complex methodologies of your models to stakeholders You are organized and methodical with strong attention to detail You are driven to deliver results with the ability to establish rapport, earn trust, and effectively collaborate with others About Progyny: Progyny is a leading fertility benefits management company in the US. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required.
