BASE SALARY: $75-$90,000 annually
The Data Strategy team supports the development of key company strategic priorities and ongoing business processes through proprietary research studies, secondary research review, insight generation, and competitive intelligence analysis. Additionally, the team supports new product and business opportunities based on market research and insights, as well as the management of the expanded Voice of the Customer (VOC) program.
Job Purpose
The Data Strategy Analyst position will be an integral member of the Data Strategy team, focusing on consumer research and VOC initiatives, including:
Conducting primary consumer research studies (quantitative and qualitative) to inform internal stakeholders and drive business decisions
Analyzing consumer feedback from various channels to proactively identify issues and opportunities
Communicating/socializing consumer findings throughout the organization
BASE SALARY: $75-$90,000 annually
Duties and Responsibilities
Specific job responsibilities include:
Survey development, programming and execution
Data processing, cleaning and coding of open-ended responses
Analysis of VOC feedback from various feedback sources
Assist in the development of our internal Natural Language Processing (NLP) engine currently being built
Prepare Excel and PowerPoint reports to showcase key insights from primary research and VOC feedback
Create innovative ways to display data/insights
Work collaboratively with departments across organization to develop key insights and VOC driven recommendations
Work with external sample providers to obtain third party sample for research studies
Qualifications
Required Qualifications include:
Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business or marketing disciplines
3-5 years of experience working in market research, analysis, strategic planning or marketing
Proven ability to synthesize and communicate highly complex data and key findings
Familiarity with distilling research findings from primary and secondary (both qualitative & quantitative) data
Experience with survey research tools such as Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, etc.
Experience with Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint or Teams
Strong analytical and interpretative skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects
The annualized base salary for this role will range between $45,000 and $105,800. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
