The SAP S/4 Sr. Developer will be responsible for delivery of high-quality, reliable and cost-effective solutions for large enterprise applications like SAP ECC, S/4, IBP, TPM and other SAP applications for various sectors and Global SAP projects serviced by Enterprise Solutions.
This involves defining design guidelines and best practices for SAP Technologies (SAP S/4,ECC, CRM, APO).
This role involves in taking strategic design decisions to ensure solutions are reusable and can be leveraged across sectors.
This role involves managing SAP developers and also partner with other IT orgs (such as I&O, CTO, DevSecOps, etc.) to deliver projects from pursuit/estimation to deployment/Hypercare.
This role involves onboarding development teams to governance standards and processes.
This role involves performing code quality reviews.
In addition, this role requires ensuring design, development by our vendor partners are of high quality and ensuring strict adherence to PepsiCo’s Global development processes and standards.
Accountabilities:
Governance of SAP and non-SAP Applications.- Accountable/Execution
Development and delivery of SAP applications for North America sector- Accountable/Execution
Accountable for quality assurance of all SAP deliverables. - Accountable
Provide inputs to SAP S/4, ECC, CRM, APO and other SAP systems related development standards and improvements to our QA and governance processes.- Execution
Works with customers and IT partners globally to identify and resolve application issues, escalating as required.-Execution
Partner closely with external vendors, including on-shore and offshore resources.-Execution
Ensures all quality, compliance and fiscal standards are met.-Accountable
Ensures effective resource utilization across the multiple sectors - AMESA, APAC, ESSA , NA and LATAM SAP teams-Execution
Manage the governance for Operations development team.- Execution
Perform quality review for any code changes migrating to Production.- Execution
Ensure the knowledge transfer of project deliverables to sustain technical team.-Informed
Provides on-going production support for all supported SAP applications.- Execution/Consult

Qualifications/Requirements
5+ years of SAP experience which includes ECC6, S/4 HANA, SAP CRM.
Experience in S/4 specific development, CDS View/AMDP Development, oData Services, Fiori is highly preferable.
Must have experience in each of the following areas: List (Report) Programming, Dialog (Transaction) Programming, Enhancements (User Exits, BADI, BAPI etc.), Interfaces (IDOCS, Remote Function Calls, Web Services etc.) and Adobeforms/Smartforms.
Strong Experience in SAP OTC, RTR, PTP Business Process is must.
Experience with SAP Trade management - CBP, TPM, TFM and TCM.
Experience with SAP CRM Middleware and development of CRM BOL, WebUI enhancements.
Ability to map business requirements to standard SAP processes with minimal customization.
Exposure to the integration technologies a plus.
Team player open to working in a highly collaborative onshore/offshore environment and able to communicate with a diverse audience.
Demonstrate the desire and ability to develop new technology skills, business knowledge, and customer service capability through training, experimentation, and self-study
Results oriented with decision making capabilities in a complex, fast-paced and dynamic environment
