Description and Requirements The HRIS Analyst will be a key catalyst for enhancing the job requisition to hire process leveraging Avature (ATS) & Workday Job Requisitions at Lenovo. This role will provide applicant tracking system product and design expertise to internal partners and customers. The HRIS Analyst will work with all functional HR areas to make recommendations, manage project deliverables, understand and document business requirements, configure and test the Workday & Avature solution. You will need to demonstrate exceptional organizational and analytical skills, close attention to detail, and strong problem solving skills to determine root causes of technical problems with the ability to document effectively, escalate appropriately, and resolve issues in a timely manner. Key Areas of Responsibility System administrator responsible for ongoing design, optimization and maintenance of our Talent Acquisition Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Responsible for ATS system configuration, workflow creation, documentation of configuration decisions/business & system requirements Develop positive relationships with customers and partners to ensure partner objectives and end user satisfaction are being met or exceeded. Ensure Lenovo takes advantage of Workday best practices and most recent functionality. Identify opportunities to optimize the functionality we own. Understand, clarify, challenge and assist in documenting business requirements. Configure & Test the Workday solution responsibly and knowledgeably. Demonstrate configuration through the development of prototypes. Lead knowledge transfer sessions, create formal and informal learning opportunities, serve as a resource for more junior colleagues.
