Infosys is seeking a Sr. Associate Consultant for Banking practice group. This position’s primary responsibility will be to help enterprises achieve greater business connect, faster user acceptance, and shorter turnaround times & act as a key contributor in the team at different phases of the project including discovery, solution generation, design/architecture and the detailing of the overall process. The chosen candidate will be involved in the recommendation, configuration, evaluation and deployment of high-quality solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Jersey City, NJ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations. Experience in end to end value chain in one or more areas like Retail Banking, Commercial Banking. Treasury, Payments, Consumer Lending, Commercial Lending, Auto Lending. Experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial and Management Reporting. Preferred Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis Skills – Requirements analysis, Elicitation, Agile Methodologies and experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process. At least 5 years of experience in End to End value chain in one or more areas like Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Treasury, Payments, Consumer Lending, Commercial Lending, Auto Lending. At least 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial and Management Reporting At least 5 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes Analytical and Communication skills Planning and Co-ordination skills Data analysis skills and awareness of Data ware housing concepts Experience with project management Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
