Who we are looking for We are looking for a Digital Marketplace Operations (MPO) Business Analyst to join the Nike Team! You will support general digital operations and health of the business by providing meaningful, fact – based insights to deliver business results! You will analyze data and tradeoffs to advise and influence cross functional business decisions and influence business decisions through tradeoff with x-functional partners to lead the business profitably. You will motivate change in the organization by making analytics part of day-to-day business strategy to ensure we are meeting and exceeding our consumer promise better quality decisions while keeping the marketplace clean. You will support a sustainable performance management cycle to drive decision making to increase EDD (estimated delivery date) Performance and Precision accounting for additional network variables and new capabilities improve revenue and margin. You are responsible for providing relevant and accurate data and highlighting risks and opportunities for internal and external partners. What you will work on E2E planning and influencing of the business results; connecting analytics and the business through participation in seasonal workshops, business reviews, and project meetings (e.g. set shipping goal, synchronize and optimize shipping plans vs. Order Book and Financial expectations, Full price inventory optimization and decision making, etc.). Supervise & measure the health of the business through identifying and deploying success metrics Own and share drive impactful insights regarding consumer lead times and EDD performance and precision. Drive adoption of tools and dashboards by conducting user training sessions, communicating effectively with various partners, and influencing without authority. Proficiency in developing metrics and KPIs for performance management and visualization. Track, trace, and communicate seasonal delivery performance (e.g. Air Freight, regional fulfillment, outbound shipping, etc.) and recommend solutions to Account, Channel and Seasonal teams digital fulfillment, operations, and technology teams. Prepare data findings with clear action points on a continuous basis in support of the MPO Account, Channel, and Seasonal LT with recommendations for action. Create user-friendly data visualizations for both strategic and tactical consumption. Participate in “business analyst” network across the organization to share key takeaways. and recommend financial forecasts on a routine basis demonstrating data model’s and historical trend analysis. Build, maintain, and elevate a decision-making model that will enable the MPO team to make better operational, tactical, and strategic decisions with regards to consumer value and profitability. What you bring Bachelors or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Data Science or related field. Supply Chain and Retail Knowledge preferred. Experience working in Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, Finance, or E – commerce preferred. Performance Management, Supply Chain Operations, S&OP, Finance, or related experience preferred. Skilled with analytical tools and data analysis (Excel, Power BI, Alteryx,Tableau, Snowflake, SAP; Intermediate SQL skills preferred). Data modeling and forecasting structured problem-solving experience. Shown capability of analyzing data and optimally communicating insights data analysis and insights to tackle business problems.
