WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We’re looking for a Traveler Safety and Security Analyst to join the Global Safety and Security team based at WHQ! This role is crucial for the success of the program that focuses on the safety and security of Nike, Inc. business travelers and transferees globally. To be successful in this role you should be meticulous, analytically minded, and have sound judgment. The ability to follow outlined processes independently and raise issues where necessary will be key. The ideal candidate will communicate clearly and effectively, and look for opportunities to make Nike's processes better and simpler. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? In this role your initial focus will be on administration of the COVID Travel Safety program. This involves reviewing travel requests to determine whether the travel is possible or not given existing COVID restrictions. You will also follow a defined process to call out requests that are deemed high risk. You will be the point of contact for routine questions around the process and will troubleshoot issues or escalate as necessary. In addition to that, you will also play a key role in the program relaunch by helping to shape and document key program policies and processes. WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH? You will work with teammates across the Global Safety and Security team and the broader Resilience team as well as other partners including WD&C, HR, and Tech. WHAT YOU WILL BRING? Bachelor’s degree or combination of relevant education, experience, and training. Minimum 5 years or more of professional experience. Experience in program administration. Ability to conduct research and in-depth analysis of data and information—in both structured and unstructured formats—to support the traveler safety and security program. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely orally and in writing, often under short timelines. Curiosity and the ability to learn quickly. Ability to navigate ambiguity.
