We’re looking for an analyst with strong analytics and collaboration skills to join our growing, global team. You’ll have the opportunity to do exciting, impactful, and highly visible work that directly impacts Facebook Global Operations. Independently plan, lead and perform analysis of data and trends to provide actionable insights Proactively make recommendations for improving tools/processes and influencing/supporting Scaled Ops strategy Effectively plan and collaborate with a global team on analytics projects to solve complex operational problems Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and data-focused teams (DS, DE etc.) to solve problems, influence solution development, and identify opportunities Develop and monitor key metrics of the org, and perform root cause analysis 5+ years of experience in solving large problems using data and analytics 4+ years of hands-on experience using programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R Hands-on experience with experimentation and statistical analysis Basic understanding of project management fundamentals and experience leading data-centric projects across a wide cross-functional landscape Experience explaining technical concepts to both technical and business partners Facebook is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
