Full Job Description Within Mastercard Strategic Growth, the Mastercard Enterprise Partnerships group focuses on developing non-traditional disruptive partnerships that take advantage of Mastercard’s full suite of products, technologies and franchise. Mastercard Enterprise Partnerships, Business Development teams are focused on 2 growth areas 1) New partnerships 2) Corporate & Government Institutions (CGIs) support for one of fastest growing businesses for Mastercard It’s a lean group, which affords each member significant opportunity for taking on and successfully executing high impact deliverables. Role: Successful candidate will have opportunity to work on multiple initiatives across geographies and teams Support CGI team in developing and implementing CGI revenue acceleration strategy Review and analyze CGI programs participants, identifying business opportunities, and ad-hoc projects. Maintain the accuracy/consistency of CGI reporting in Finance (Hyperion), Franchise (MPI), and Sales/Account Management (Salesforce) systems. Subject matter expert on new CGI Analytics Cube and development and maintenance of PowerBI Dashboard for CGIs Assists in designing solutions, leveraging established functional tools and methodologies to support revenue acceleration objectives Coordinate periodic roundtables with stakeholders to share best practices, thought leadership and knowledge transfer between key stakeholders in account management, business development, market development, franchise. Manage and analyze participation and follow-up. Help develop, maintain and curate sales collateral for use cases/playbooks Supports senior resources on business development initiatives Manage smaller project/initiatives as an experienced individual contributor with specialized knowledge within assigned discipline under direction of senior team members Perform research, planning and coordination required for the identification, development and implementation of new business initiatives and make recommendations. Identify potential partners in product and service initiatives Support ad hoc strategic requests, typically in response to senior Management Committee inquiries. Assist leadership in business negotiations with potential partners to develop joint ventures, partnerships and other arrangements. Review and analyze, and model financial data for new and existing business lines Partner with domain experts on identified concepts (internal and external) as well as potential clients throughout the process to develop and refine ideas and objectives.
