Responsibilities Grow a software development team Work with Microsoft development teams in India and Germany Work closely with Program Management to help define and execute on the product's vision and strategy Inspire and drive engineering and operational excellence across your team Qualifications 7+ years of work experience in software development, ideally in distributed systems and/or online services 2+ years working as a people manager; leading inclusive teams, providing coaching, delivering feedback, and demonstrating successful results Excellent architecture and distributed systems skills Excellent verbal and written communication Experience shipping and operating cloud/online services Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, similar engineering discipline, or equivalent industry experience Preferred Qualifications: Passion for providing great developer experiences, driving simplicity through the dev pipeline SAP architecture background Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
