03+ Years of industry professional experience is required. SAS Programmer: Work as a member of the Reporting and Data Management team supporting a healthcare data reporting project. The programmer will create various reports in Excel, RTF and PDF reports using Base SAS, SAS/SQL., SAS/Macro. Responsibilities: Creates a SAS program to monitor data quality, manage data and generate data report Performs healthcare data analysis using patient, Mediclaim data, etc Validates SAS program created by other statisticians Collaborates with other departments to facilitate the clinical research Updating the SAS program used for the study schedule Reviews protocol drafts; performs sample size/statistical power calculation; creates randomization list; Provides statistical analysis if needed Performs other duties as assigned Work on ICD9/10, healthcare data as per request Participates in requirements and design sessions, then develops and implements new system components or fixes to resolve system defects using business intelligence software and related tools. Qualifications: A Masters Degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Healthcare domain, or Computer Science or equivalent Healthcare domain background with SAS SAS Base Certified, SAS Advance will help. Robust programming skills Strong oral and written communication skills are essential Applicants must have a background in SAS programming Experience with SQL or R is a plus but not required Experience: SAS: ~1-2 years or more (Preferred). 6 Month exp can also apply.
