Currently we have an immediate need to add an experienced:
Data Scientist
Location: Chantilly, VA (on-site client environment)
Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph

Armison Tech is looking for a candidate skilled in data visualization and analysis to assist the team with accurate information and presentation of learning related data in order to fulfill our Customer's needs and facilitate data driven decisions. You will perform data cleansing, parsing, and standardization, and conduct reviews of large, mission-critical datasets, to provide your expert analysis, as well as deliver insights for other domain and subject matter experts.
Required Skills and Demonstrated Experience
Must maintain active/current TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance.
Demonstrated experience performing extract, transform, and load procedures.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing ETL workflows using Python, SQL, and NiFi to ingest and transform complex datasets.
Experience integrating disparate data sources into cloud-based analytic environments and production systems.
Experience analyzing large volumes of raw data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
Experience building dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Tableau Prep, Power BI, and Excel.
Demonstrated experience performing NLP tasks using Spacy, NLTK, Gensim, and HuggingFace Transformers.
Experience appling encoder-decoder and generative language models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
Experience tuning LLMs on custom datasets and evaluate model performance for mission-specific use cases.
Demonstrated experience querying and managing relational databases using SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
Experience designing logical data architectures and implementing scalable storage solutions.
Experience developing PL/SQL scripts, triggers, and stored procedures for secure data operations.
Experience working with Elasticsearch and NoSQL systems for search and discovery applications
Experience deploying and managing data science environments in AWS and Azure.
Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and data strategies.
