The opportunity The AI/ML Services team within Adobe’s Digital Experience Business Unit spearheads innovation and development of next-generation artificial intelligence products for digital marketing and enterprise customer experience management. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and adoption of new AI/ML capabilities and products across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. By understanding customer needs and market dynamics, you will drive the development of new AI-based products and capabilities. You will then turn that knowledge into innovative and easy-to-use products by working closely with our world-class engineering, data science, and product development teams. Finally, you will work closely with various other solution product teams within the Adobe Experience Cloud to achieve a unified, compelling vision for Adobe. What you’ll do Drive the strategy and execution of one or more AI/ML products/capabilities from inception to launch. Write product requirements and user stories for features and enhancements. Guide user experience design planning and delivery with the UX team. Work closely with engineering and AI/ML teams to ensure releases meet -- and exceed -- customer expectations. Coordinate with other product managers and engineers across Adobe Experience Cloud to deliver product functionality that sets us apart from our competition. Help the consulting and sales teams solve problems and discover innovative answers to complex questions. Work closely with other teams to create materials, including white papers, help documentation, blog posts, and customer presentations. What you need to succeed At least 4 years of product management experience is required . Experience managing products in the enterprise SaaS, digital marketing, growth, analytics, and/or AI/ML domains is preferred. BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Sciences, or other technical discipline is preferred. An MBA from a top-tier institution is a big plus. Knowledge of big data platforms and data science is a big plus. Great presentation skills. Great interpersonal communication. Strong data-driven analytical abilities to back up assumptions and recommendations and deliver exceptional user experiences. The U.S. pay range for this position?is $97,600 -- $187,500 annually. Pay?within this range varies by work location?and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,?and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
