Adobe's application security team leads the charter of ensuring security is treated as a first-class citizen during product development. Join us to craft and implement Adobe’s in-house enterprise solution. We identify security risks and enable development teams to fix them before deployment to production. What you'll Do Design, implement, test and deploy features in our source code analysis platform Work in a multi-disciplinary, security focused team Implement custom vulnerability detection rules with a low-noise and high-signal ratio Accelerate developer workflows and increase the securability of all Adobe products Build "Security As Code" solutions that push the needle beyond what is currently possible and imaginable today What you need to succeed Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years of equivalent experience building services Expert knowledge of code scanning tools including Static Application Security Testing (SAST) engines Knowledge of multiple programming languages and common patterns of vulnerable code flows Proven ability to write custom rules detecting security vulnerabilities and business logic flaws Self-starter requiring minimal direction, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong writing skills with an ability to build enterprise-scale content that focuses on how to empathize and connect with a wide range of developers Leadership skills in the area of advising and prioritizing research a plus Experience with automating git and other command line tools a plus Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position?is $151,500 -- $281,500 annually. Pay?within this range varies by work location?and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,?and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
