Full Job Description The Senior Manager, Zone Operations & Agile Acceleration is responsible for leading critical business routines and strategic initiatives for the South Zone Organization in North America. The role holds a unique responsibility in guiding key performance routines and projects that drive our NAOU growth ambition. It provides holistic business leadership through collaborating closely with the South Zone leadership team and broader cross-functional team. Critical to the role is focus on a growth mindset and evolving business routines, driving new opportunities through engaging the network and implementing agile best practices (i.e., prioritization, efficient decision making, collaborative project leadership, etc.). RESPONSIBLITIES Leading Critical Business Routines & Commercial Alignment (50% of Role) Leads key business routines, aligns processes and learnings to improve total business outcomes in collaboration with Franchise, Retail, On-Premise and Foodservice leads, as well as with cross functional partners (including but not limited to finance, strategy, marketing, channel, commercial, etc.). Responsible for weekly and monthly performance management which includes reporting on revenue, volume, share, transaction metrics. Leads connections and communications that drive organizational success (i.e., Zone Town Halls, Leadership Meetings, All-Hands connections, targeted Teams and Yammer messaging, etc.). Drives the network of functional resources to build alignment and action against Zone priorities and delivery of the plan. Collaborates on contingency plans to deliver Annual Business Plan performance in channels to include revenue, volume, share, net new outlets, SOVI (share of visual inventory), and cold immediate consumption. Building Agile Culture & Initiatives (50% of Role) Partners with the South Zone Leadership Team to build Agile capability, behaviors and projects across the organization. Deploys best practices and sharing that enable an agile mindset and culture across all levels of the organization. Leads targeted agile project teams focused on executing initiatives identified through ABP development, evolving beverage business opportunities that enable South Zone growth. Drives continuous improvement of projects, routines and plans to address changing conditions (external or internal) and/or risk mitigation across network resources. Inspires a bias for action on agile projects leveraging systems and resources that reinforce project vision, identifies key milestones and post-program reflection. EDUCATION Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, MBA Preferred EXPERIENCE & KEY SKILLS 5-7 years of general business, CPG, account or franchise experience with a focus on leading teams, managing business plans, influencing change and collaborating to address complex business opportunities. Key skills desired: Business Plan Development & Implementation, Change Leadership, Collaborating Across Diverse Teams, Relationship Building, Financial Acumen, Strong Communication and Influencing beyond job function and operational level.
