The Opportunity
The Customer Insights Analytics Platform team is responsible for building analytics and data solutions to accelerate growth for Adobe's ~$11B annual recurring revenue Digital Media business. We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager, Data & Analytics, to design and incubate AI-powered and custom B.I. applications to democratize data and intelligence across the Creative Cloud and Document Cloud businesses. We are seeking an exceptional technical product manager to scale our data intelligent product roadmap to drive data-driven business decisions, faster. We are using lean product development principles — iterating quickly and incorporating extensive user research — to stay focused on delivering value and unlocking growth for the Digital Media business.
What you'll Do
Understand and optimize data pipelines, algorithms, and automate systems to build best-in-class analytics applications
Partner with the business teams to collect business requirements and turn them into cohesive datasets and analytics tools with data engineering teams
Build processes, frameworks, and governance models required for building data applications and products
Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers on building data models and APIs that provide data intelligent capabilities
Lead business and customer onboarding initiatives and help achieve business goals
Assess and address technical risks and provide recommendations with trade-offs
Facilitate the creation and maintenance of user documentation
What you need to succeed
Bachelor/Master’s Degree (STEM) or 6+ years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and D3(preferred) and/or other front-end charting library experience
Experience creating systems of reusable components from scratch in your framework of choice
Demonstrate layout & UI/UX abilities (constantly think about the end-user)
Proficient in querying and manipulating large data sets and advanced knowledge of data engineering technologies such as SQL, Hadoop, Spark
Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc is a plus.
Basic knowledge of cloud data management in AWS and Azure
Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.
Colorado Starting Salary: $128,100 - $166,400
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
