Facebook is seeking a passionate Business Systems Analyst who will assist to implement digital solutions in support of our Enterprise Engineering Operations services. This position is responsible for partnering with internal stakeholders/teams to design and launch scalable solutions and implement digital products. The perfect candidate will be an experienced Systems Analyst or Business Analyst within IT operations or equivalent, with demonstrable contributions in a software/application development environment, is focused on results, a self-starter, and has demonstrated success in contributing to the growth and success of a business. A diverse and flexible skillset is required for supporting a wide set of IT services and business needs. Business Systems Analyst Responsibilities: Work with internal stakeholders and cross-functional product development and data teams, to deeply understand system needs and support the implementation and delivery of internal digital products Conduct advanced analysis to interpret high impact business needs and translate them into comprehensible product recommendations and system requirements Develop deep understanding of the system/tools ecosystem as used by the team, and continuously assess and refine for continuous improvements Work with Technical Program Managers, Project Managers, Business Systems Analysts, and Data Analysts across global regions to achieve common goals and roadmap targets Use data to define success metrics for the projects/initiatives, measure current state and track attainment of key indicators driving improvement iteratively Build a network of stakeholder relationships and partnerships to enable team to execute effectively to our product/project goals Define/Simplify and document requirement workflows for the product development/support teams Assist with product adoption, internal product marketing, testing, review and feedback gathering Minimum Qualifications: BS in Computer Science, Business/Systems/Data Analytics, Digital Solutions Implementation, Engineering, Software Development or equivalent experience 3+ years experience in analytical roles within software/application development environment, digital product consulting or implementing digital products for internal business functions Proven communication and information presentation skills Experience interpreting and defining technical system architecture of complex and highly scalable solutions Experience dealing with ambiguity, is proactive/self-driven and results focused Demonstrated use of data to solve business problems Experience with change management and building change plans to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of digital solutions Preferred Qualifications: MS in Computer Science, Business/Systems/Data Analytics, Digital Solutions Implementation, Engineering, Software Development or equivalent experience Demonstrated experience utilizing creative, data driven, process & detail oriented approaches Familiar with data, metrics, and data tools Facebook is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
