Infosys is seeking a Practice Engagement Manager for our Data & Analytics Practice. The Practice Engagement Manager (PEM) is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope. The PEM works together with their manager (Group PEM) to build an account plan and is responsible for client management based on the account plan. As a Practice Engagement Manager, you will play a key role in building and cultivating relationships and opportunities within existing and new accounts and selling new service offerings and solutions. You will get to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative, high quality solutions to meet our clients’ business needs. Role Description: Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build a portfolio of $40M+, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc. Partner with identified open source company sales / partner teams to embed their products within Infosys solutions for customers Build joint pipeline with identified open source companies and take deals to closure along with Infosys account sales teams Create and implement go-to-market plans with identified open source partner companies Work closely with the Infosys account teams to promote open source, identify related opportunities and pitch Infosys solutions: prepare proposals and SOWs, contract negotiations. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 12+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience Experience in data, analytics and AI Experience in Manufacturing sector working with large accounts. Should have domain skills in manufacturing, machine learning, IoT, Edge Computing and more Significant business development and project management experience Experience selling data and analytics solutions Should have high level knowledge of the major manufacturing companies and the open source solutions in the market Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills Proficient in driving growth in a portfolio with $60-80M in annual revenues Technical skills – cloud, Snowflake, Analytics, AI, ML, data engineering, big data Global Delivery Model experience U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required, we are not able to sponsor this position at this time Preferred Qualifications: Should understand manufacturing domain well or exposure to manufacturing domain clients selling Data and Analytics services with other service providers or Data Analytics product companies Knowledge of selling cloud transformation deals or Data landscape modernization deals Experience in building a data and analytics book of business (closed at least a few 10M+ TCV Deals) Ability to leverage own network, partner connects or work with our NAO team to acquiring new client logos Should be comfortable selling analytics propositions to business teams About Us Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
