Role Description Your mission is to collect, visualize, and analyze data for opportunities/problems defined by the business. Extract, clean-up, and structure data using analytics tools. Build data models, standard reports, and tools for the business to use for historical reference and predictive modeling. Key Responsibilities: Create analytical hypothesis taking business requirements into consideration. Identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions. Conduct analysis to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and measure performance. Visualize complex analytics output to enable increased understanding for decision makers. Apply statistics and mathematics models to understand and solve business problems with data. Collaborate with model developers to implement and deploy scalable solutions. Accountable for analytics quality, and analytical leadership of project teams. Define standards and frameworks for data analysis. Set up and enable colleagues to perform self-service reporting and analysis on data analysis platforms. Who are You? B.S. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent. Experience in the IT Landscape. 0-3 years Data Analyst experience Experience with visualization tools, preferably Power BI. Ability to manipulate data and draw insight from large datasets. Capable of explaining large data sets to stakeholders. Demonstrated achievement of results from a customer and team perspective. Experience working with stakeholders and/or senior management. Experience in the acquisition of data and the different methodologies associated with acquiring data from multiple sources. Physical location of this position is flexible, between our New River Valley, VA, Roanoke Valley, VA, Hagerstown, MD, and the Leigh High Valley, PA Factories. Occasional travel will be required to all of the factories.
